Terms of Use

These terms apply to the RaiGo mobile app and website ("RaiGo"), operated by Faisal Kazi, House No. 541, Kharkand Mohalla, At Post Mahad, Raigad, Maharashtra 402301, India. By creating an account or using RaiGo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What RaiGo is
RaiGo is an online classifieds platform. It lets people post ads and contact each other. RaiGo is not a party to any deal between a buyer and a seller. We do not own, inspect, sell, deliver or guarantee any item or service listed, and we do not handle payments between users.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- You sign in with your own mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give true information. Do not pretend to be someone else.
3. Posting ads
When you post an ad you confirm that the item or service is yours to offer, the description, price and photos are honest, and the ad follows the law. Ads may be reviewed by our moderators before they go live, and ads expire after 60 days unless renewed.
Not allowed on RaiGo
- Anything illegal: drugs, weapons, stolen goods, wildlife products, counterfeit or pirated items, fake documents.
- Adult or sexual content, gambling, or anything that harms children.
- Fraud, fake ads, "advance payment" scams, pyramid or chain schemes.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or content that insults religion, caste or community.
- Someone else's photos, phone number or personal information without permission.
- Spam: the same ad posted many times, or ads in the wrong category to get attention.
- Any content prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
We may edit the category of, reject, hide or remove any ad, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
4. Dealing with other users
- Meet in a safe public place and check the item before you pay.
- Never pay in advance to someone you have not met, and never share an OTP, PIN or bank password with anyone.
- Use the Report button on any ad or user that looks wrong.
You deal with other users at your own risk. RaiGo is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of items listed, the truth of ads, or whether a buyer or seller completes a deal.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the text and photos you post. You give RaiGo a non-exclusive, free licence to store, display, resize and share them for running and promoting the platform, for as long as they are on RaiGo.
6. Paid features
Some features, such as featured ads, may be paid in future. Prices and what you get will be shown before you pay. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees are not refundable once the feature has started.
7. Limitation of liability
RaiGo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for any loss arising from a deal between users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using RaiGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
9. Complaints and Grievance Officer
To report content or raise a complaint, use Report in the app or contact our Grievance Officer, Maryam Kazi, at support@raigox.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mahad, Raigad district, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Using RaiGo after a change means you accept the new terms.
